Three years ago, Street \u202fPoets began planting a seed \u2014 a vision of a<\/span> vibrant, safe space where poetry, culture, and wellness could flourish for the youth of South\u202fLos\u202fAngeles<\/b>. Today, that seed has taken root, nurtured by countless mentors, volunteers, and supporters who believe in the transformative power of spoken word.<\/span><\/p>\n

And the garden is still growing.<\/b><\/p>\n

We are building a permanent home \u2014 a state\u2011of\u2011the\u2011art <\/span>Center for Community, Culture & Wellness <\/b>\u2014 so we can expand our programs, deepen our impact, and keep the rhythm of poetry alive for the next generation.
